Multiplication Award

The first boy and girl in grades 3-5 to complete the multiplication game in this school year receive 50,000 Kip ($6.25 USD). Everyone who completes the game receives a certificate and book bag. This boy did not go to school until we helped him get a prosthetic leg. Since then he has caught up and surpassed most of his classmates.

We are grateful to the KOICA volunteers for donating these book bags. We only give them to students who complete the multiplication game, so they have become status symbol amongst the primary school students.
