Brave Kids Festival - June 2013

Six Children and one teacher have been invited to participate in the 2013 Brave Kids Festival in Poland. Its mission is to support vulnerable young people from around the world through artistic experiences which inspire them to imagine a better future for themselves and their communities and provide them with tools to help realise their aspirations. Brave Kids also aims to nurture cross-cultural understanding amongst the next generation by connecting young people from different countries and backgrounds through shared creative projects. We are paying the airfare from Luang Namtha to Berlin, and the Brave Kids will support all other expenses.
Everyone here is very excited about the group going to Poland. We already have all the necessary documents and approvals, passports, travel insurance, and tickets. We have already submitted the Schengen visa applications and will pick them up later this month. Leila and I will be accompanying the group at our own expense.
