School Construction Contract Awarded

The contractor was selected on Tuesday to build the Ban Nongboua village Primary School Building.

All of the documents and agreements have been signed by the village, the District Education Office, and the Governor.

On Thursday, the construction contract was signed, and the down-payment withdrawn from the bank and given to the contractor.

It's a cash economy.
